How do I order?

  1. The first option is to place an order and we pull together an equivalent amount of meat as the average whole, half, or quarter cow would yield. This is contingent on our inventory. It’s a way to get the meat quickly.
  2. The second option is to pre-order a whole or part of a cow, place a deposit, and wait for our next slaughter to pick up the meat. The waiting period after slaughter is about a month until the meat is ready for pickup. Please prepare to pay with a check made out to Savory Farms LLC. The deposit for a preorder cow is about 40% of the estimated final cost. We have cows available for slaughter in May, June and December 2025.
