Pequea Valley Farm's milk comes from small family farms in Southeastern PA. This Jersey cow milk has a high cream content. The cows have access to grass in spring, summer and fall. The Jerseys, along with an age-old yogurt-making process, give this yogurt and thick and creamy texture.
Ingredients: Pasteurized whole milk, sugar, lemon oil, live active cultures (including S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, L. acidophilus, L. casei, Bifidobacterium spp), Natamycin – a natural mold inhibitor.
