Our wild-caught gulf shrimp are from the Louisiana Gulf. The shrimp have a diet high in iodine giving a rich flavor and brown color. Our 26/30 are mid-size shrimp and offer a variety of cooking and recipe options. These brown gulf shrimp are in the shell which adds flavor during the cooking process. They are also not deveined but can easily be deveined before or after cooking.
