Made from California Zinfandel grapes, Santa Rosa Plums and fresh-picked Sweet Italian and Opal Basil. It is rich in flavor and has a sweet but tangy taste. Made using a shorter but special aging process which produces a light and flavorful balsamic. Bottle size: 400mL. Includes a tapi pour spout.
Our California balsamic is created using Zinfandel grapes from California farmers. The fruits, herbs, or vegetables are carefully picked from the organic gardens of California's central coast region. A Unique Take on Traditions. While our California balsamic have a very different aging process and are aged for a shorter time period, they rival any Italian balsamic. California balsamic are fermented in stainless steel containers. After a period of time, the fruits and herbs are added and the balsamic is re-fermented. This produces a light and flavorful balsamic.
