Ayrshire Whipped Feta
This cheese takes its name from the cows that roam the hills of Palmyra Farm. Whipped with roasted garlic, thyme, rosemary & red pepper, its slightly salty and tangy flavor make for a delectable addition to your charcuterie, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, and any other dish you can think of.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, calcium chloride, cultures, microbial rennet, greek yogurt, roasted garlic, thyme, rosemary & red pepper.
