Italian balsamic is made from Trebbiano or Lambrusco grapes and originated from Modena, Italy. They are aged at least 18 years in oak, ash or cherry barrels. Dark balsamic goes through a caramelizing process which gives it a distinctly deep, rich and velvety taste.
Ingredients: 25 Star Italian Balsamic Vinegar (Concentrated and Cooked Grape Must, Wine Vinegar), Natural Maple Flavor Extract.
